We use Paypal payment system and accept visa, mastercard, switch, solo and delta card payments.
All transactions are are safe and secure and are carried out in a 128 bit secure environment.
Payments will be made to Les Brandie at Kingfisher Fishing Flies, Bay Road, Wormit, Scotland.

Postage and packing for orders from Europe - £3.00p
Postage and packing for countries outside Europe - £3.50p

Delivery and Packaging

For security reasons we will only depatch orders to the same address that you use for your credit card. If you use a different address the order will come back as unconfirmed and will not be processed. Orders are usually made up and posted the same day but certainly within 48 hours.

Delicate winged, hackled flies and boobies are packed in small cardboard boxes and posted in padded envelopes. All other flies are packed in self seal polythene bags and posted in padded envelopes.

The Flies

Although we try to represent our flies as accurately as possible on the site, all of our flies are all individually hand tied and there may be some slight variations due to tying, materials and different lighting conditions when photographing the samples.

Guarantee

All orders are fully inspected prior to posting. If there is a problem with your order please e-mail us and we will endevour to do everything we can to rectify this for you. At the very least if you are not entirely satified with your order please return it within 5 days from the date of receiving it for a full refund excluding postage. If we are satisfied that any problem with your order is entirely our fault we will make a full refund including postage or replace any faulty goods. We stand by our products.
